The All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) is an entrance exam conducted for admission to Sainik Schools across India. These schools are run by the Ministry of Defence and aim to prepare students for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA) and other prestigious military institutions.
The AISSEE is usually conducted for students seeking admission to class 6 and class 9. The examination tests students’ knowledge and skills in subjects like:
- For Class 6 Admission: General Knowledge, Mathematics, Language (English and Hindi), and Intelligence.
- For Class 9 Admission: English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Intelligence.
